政策利好叠加，需求潜力巨大

随着经济社会发展和人民生活水平不断提高，汽车、家电、家装厨卫等大宗消费品更新换代需求日益旺盛。据统计，河南省汽车总保有量达2200万辆，全省达到安全使用年限、但仍在使用的旧家电近2000万件，更新换代的需求和潜力巨大。

为顺应消费升级趋势，河南省出台了一系列促进消费品以旧换新的政策措施，从补贴、税收、信贷等多方面给予支持。其中，在汽车领域，对报废符合条件的旧车并购买符合条件的新车的，给予新能源车1万元、2.0排量以下燃油车7000元的定额补贴；在家电领域，重点支持废旧家电回收体系改造提升，便利居民交旧换新；在家装厨卫领域，鼓励市县结合实际制定实施绿色智能家居产品购买补贴政策，省财政对各地财政实际支出给予不超过30%奖补。
